Unilever Ghana PLC recognized as #1 top employer 2022

Unilever Ghana PLC adjudged number one top employer for 2022 Unilever Ghana PLC has been adjudged #1 Top Employer for 2022. Our sister markets in the West Africa Multi-Country Organisation (WA MCO) i.e., Nigeria and Cote D’Ivoire, have been equally adjudged #1 Top Employer for 2022 in their respective markets.

We were recognized at the Top Employer 2022 Awards, following a rigorous assessment of HR Best Practices survey. The survey assessed HR domains including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion, and more.

In his remarks on the awards, the Managing Director of Unilever Ghana PLC, George Owusu-Ansah, said, "this award gives expression to our commitment to always put our people first in all we do as a business. Our people will always remain our number one priority as an organization."

The Top Employers Institute has certified and recognized over 1,857 Top Employers in 123 countries across five continents since its inception.

Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organization’s dedication to a better world of work, exhibited through excellent HR policies and people practices.
