FY 2018: Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc declares N1.10 kobo per 50 kobo share

Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc has declared a final dividend of N1.10 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share for the financial period ended Monday, December 31, 2018.

The dividend will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 19th June 2019, and those who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Payment Date Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.

The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday, 3rd June to Wednesday, 5th June 2019.

Dangote Sugar’s Qualification Date has been slated for Friday, 31st May 2019.
