NOTIFICATION OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD TO CONSIDER 2021 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
We hereby notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Lafarge Africa Plc ("the Company") has been scheduled to hold on Friday, 25th February 2022 to consider the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2021.
Consequently, the closed period for trading in the Company’s shares commenced from 31st December 2021 and will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the Audited Financial Statements is released on the floor of Nigerian Exchange Limited ("the Closed Period"), in line with the Company’s Insider Trading Policy and the Rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
Accordingly, no Director, employee, persons discharging managerial responsibility and Advisers of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
