The is to inform the Nigerian Stock Exchange, our esteemed shareholders and the general public, that the Board of Directors of Lafarge Africa Plc at an emergency meeting held on the 1 st of April 2019 accepted the resignation of Dr. Shamsuddeen Usman, CON, OFR with effect from the 1 st of April 2019.
Dr. Shamsuddeen Usman, CON, OFR joined the Board of the Company on the 11 of March 2015 and has served the Board meritoriously for 4 years as a Non-Executive Director till his resignation.
