Equities market closed today on a negative note, as NSEASI depreciated by -1.83% to close at 40,396.14 basis points as against +2.18% appreciation recorded previously. Its Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stands at +0.31%.

Market breadth closed negative as BOCGAS led 15 Gainers as against 34 Losers topped by OANDO at the end of today’s session – an uni mproved performance when compared with previous outlook.

Market Turnover

Market turnover closes positive as volume moved up by +119.73% as against -70.18% downtick recorded in the previous session. TRANSCORP , ZENITHBANK and FCMB were the most active to boost market turnover. ZENITHBANK and NB topped market value list.
