UK-based Resource Solutions announced the appointment of Rory Jeffcock as its new Chief Technology Officer. In his new role, Jeffcock will lead on integrating technology solutions throughout the group’s operations teams and client services globally. He will provide thought leadership on upcoming IT trends and competitor developments and drive forward the group’s data capabilities. He has over 24 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, including as operations director with Resource Solutions between 2017 and 2019.
Netherlands-based The Employment Group announced that it will appoint Yolanda De Both as CFO with effect from 1 October 2021. She will also join the Board of the group. She will succeed Monique Moos. Previously she was CFO of Acture Groep, Otto Work Force and Philips.
The Robert Walters Group has announced the appointment of Coral Bamgboye as the permanent Global Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, reporting directly into CEO Robert Walters. She started her career with the Robert Walters Group in 2007 under the RPO arm of the business Resource Solutions, where she worked in senior on-site positions at a number of leading global firms, before taking on the role of senior operations director responsible for the operational delivery and commercial management of accounts across EMEA and US regions.
The Adecco Group announced that it appointed Ory Okolloh and Virginia Wilson as the Adecco Group Foundation‘s first external Board members. Okolloh, an activist from Kenya, was the Managing Director of the Omidyar Network and Luminate Group in Africa, both part of The Omidyar Group. She is currently engaged in advisory work in several fields including impact investing, philanthropy, and technology policy. She is also on the Board of Directors of several organisations including the Thomson Reuters Founders Share Company, the East African Breweries, Deloitte Africa, the Board of Trustees of the Van Leer Group and the Harvard Africa Advisory Group as well as being the Chair of the Stanbic Bank Kenya Foundation. In 2014, she was listed on Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People. Wilson is the CEO of the Shared Value Initiative Hong Kong. Previously, she was Global COO of OneSky and Chief Executive of The Child Development Centre.
