Enterprise Group opens new centre in Accra

Mr Keli Gadzepko (back to camera), Chief Executive Officer, Enterprise Group, speaking at the launch of the fifth enterprise market Enterprise Group (EG), a leading insurance company, has opened a new service centre in Accra to enhance service delivery to its customers.

Located within its head office branch christened the ‘Advantage Place’, the office, ‘Enterprise Market’ (EM), is an innovation of the EG that offers a one-stop shop for all the services that are offered within the company.

The Chief Executive Officer of the group, Mr Keli Gadzepko, said at the launch that it was the fifth of such markets to be opened in the last three years – three in Accra and one each in Kumasi and Tema – following positive feedback.

He said the services of the EM were holistic and seamless, irrespective of whether one was a client of Enterprise Insurance, Enterprise Trustee or the rest of the subsidiaries, and had brought exceptional relief, especially to those who did business with more than one subsidiary.

“The Enterprise Market is a symbol of our one enterprise culture that ensures that our clients experience the same superior and standardised service no matter which Enterprise subsidiary they may be dealing with or how they interface with us,” he stated. Ghana News Headlines

Mr Gadzepko said the aim of the company was to ensure that the seamless client experience was replicated across all its customer touch points.

“We will continue to roll out one-stop shops for all our services.

They could take the form of digital channels available on phone or computer, as dictated by the needs of our cherished clients. After all, our business is to make their life simpler and experiences better,” he added.

The EM concept
