The Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL) has announced it will release onto the market an upgraded version of petrol to serve customers better from February 17.
According to the company, it will start serving the general public a higher grade petrol known as the ‘RON 95’ from next week Monday to boost the performance of engines and also keep engines clean of carbon deposits.
A statement signed by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) Robert Kyere said, “GOIL Company Limited has released onto the market higher grade petrol (RON 95) fuel type for the benefit of the petrol consuming public”.
It added, “The high-grade petrol (RON 95) will from Monday, February 17, 2020, be sold country-wide at all company’s over 400 service stations at no extra cost to our cherished customers”.
With the introduction of the new high-grade petrol on the market, the statement noted that consumers will experience less vibration, less noise from their engines, get a better fuel economy and other mileage for their vehicles at the same price.
The company has assured that they will continue to have the interest of customers at heart and ensure that they get value for money for fuel bought at all stations nationwide.
