A meeting of the Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Limited (the ‘Bank’) will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021, to consider the standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter (unaudited) and nine months (unaudited) ending December 31, 2020.
The trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from December 25, 2020 to January 18, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees, directors, etc.
Shares of HDFC Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1369.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1382.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 324067 in over 9038 trades.
