Unga Group was the top loser. The company lost 6.29 percent at the price of 29.05 shillings per share. Home Africa lost 5.26 percent at the price of 0.36 shillings per share while Williamson Tea Kenya lost 4.56 percent at the price of 130.75 shillings per share. Sasini and Nairobi Business Ventures lost 3.26 and 2.31 percent at the price of 19.30 and 5.92 shillings per share respectively.

For the first time in months, Safaricom missed out among the top 5 movers of the day. The slot was today taken by Kenya Re-Insurance who moved 10.47 million shares. Co-operative Bank moved 5.36 million shares.
