Standard Chartered has successfully launched its mobile mutual fund (MMF) aimed at making banking easier for clients on the Standard Chartered mobile app.
The MMF allows clients to buy and sell offshore mutual funds on behalf of world renowned fund providers whiles giving clients the opportunity to search for funds with specific names.
The new feature also allows investors to search for funds by using the name of the fund house, asset class, product risk rating or a combination of the three.
Speaking on the new feature, Mrs. Sector Quashigah Head of Wealth Management, Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Limited said, ” Mobile Mutual funds on the Standard Chartered mobile app presents clients the opportunity to invest and benefit from the earnings of some of the world’s most profitable entities.”
According to her, clients of Standard Chartered will be able to view the performance of their holdings on a frequent basis and make more timely decisions, thanks to the new MMF feature.
This, she said, will help clients manage their investment portfolios better through the various stages of the global economic cycle.
