GOIL opens new service station at Buokrom

The Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL), has extended its services to Buokrom in Kumasi by opening a new service station to serve the people in the community and its environs.

This is to ensure that quality and affordable services as well as authentic products provided by the state-owned company, get to the people in every community of the country.

Mr Augustine Boateng, Zonal Manager, Middle Belt, speaking at the opening ceremony, said the opening of new service stations in several communities was to ensure that every Ghanaian vehicle user benefited from the quality service and products of the company.

He said the company was into industrial and commercial operations of all kinds of petroleum products and lubricants, so investors were welcomed to work with them.

Mr Boateng said the opening of new filling stations had helped boost the economy and provided employment for several youth in the beneficiary communities.

He reminded vehicle users to continue to have confidence in the usage of the Super XP RON 95 and Diesel XP and all the other services provided by the company, because they were unadulterated and of good quality.

Vehicle users must be careful of cheap petroleum products, which could bring problems to their engines.
Prospective customers at the ceremony received free fuel and several packages as well as nose masks and sanitizers to help protect them from COVID– 19.
