Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited (GGBL) recently rewarded its best performing key distributors at a conference in Ada.
The annual conference afforded GGBL and its distributors the opportunity to strategise and deliberate on a shared vision that would improve consumer brands experience for the new financial year.
The 2018 conference themed, ‘Creating our New Future Together,’ which focused on profitability, productivity, performance & partnership, was aimed at enabling GGBL and its key distributors to create an efficient and seamless business partnership that would create value for the shareholders.
Obinna Anyalebechi, newly appointed Commercial Director of GGBL, expressed delight at joining the GGBL team.
He said key distributors are integral to GGBL’s business to help deliver the best product and experience to both customers and consumers.
Mr Anyalebechi revealed that to improve business performance, GGBL had strategically improved trade terms for key distributors to enhance the business operating model and make them more profitable.
Bolgatanga-based Lesken Enterprise, Koforidua-based Double C Enterprise and Cape Coast-based Naatoa Co. Ltd, were adjudged the first, second and third gold winners respectively while Eve-Asa Co. Ltd and Emarde in Accra were adjudged the winners in the silver and bronze categories respectively.
All winners were presented with various trucks to improve their distribution and business performance.
