Societe Generale rewards 15 lucky customers in ‘Deposit and Win Promo’ first mini draw

A total of 15 participating customers have been awarded amazing prizes during the first mini draw of the 2019 ‘Deposit and Win Promotion’ on Friday.

The prizes bagged by these lucky customers include; Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime, Samsung S8+ mobile phones, LED Televisions and a gift voucher worth GHC250.

The First mini draw held at the bank’s head office in Accra was conducted by the National Lottery Authority; to prove the authenticity of the promo, the NLA randomly selected people to partake in the shuffling.

In addressing the media, Head of Retail Business at Societe Generale Ghana, Obed Hoyah stated that, “It is our goal to show that this bank, one of the most stable, trustworthy financial institutions in Ghana and worldwide is indeed upholding its transparency as well as genuine care for its customer’s final success”.

The aim of the promo, he stated, is to encourage the culture of savings among its customers hence, offering them an opportunity of growing their balances while winning exciting prizes.

Mr Hoyah indicated that the offer is also part of efforts to give customers strong incentives to save their money with SG Ghana, and to attract new customers who want to save with a modern, world-class bank that rewards its customers in fun, and innovative ways.

“The purpose is in two folds, we want to first raise deposits,…the raw materials banks use mainly are deposits and when we get deposits what do we do, we use it for productive activities within the economy, for individuals, for companies,…secondly…this is an incentive to get people to work into that culture of savings…”, he said.

For both new and existing customers to partake in this ‘Deposit and Win Promo’ they must deposit a minimum amount of GHC200, grow the sum to GHC1, 000 and above from now till December 31, 2019.

He, however, urged customers who didn’t make it in this first draw to be hopeful as there are three more mini draws to be held before the grand draw in February 2020.
